Samarth Enterprises provides kitchen appliance sales, installation, repair and maintenance services in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. Service requests submitted through this website are enquiries and are confirmed by our team via phone or WhatsApp before any technician visit is scheduled.

Pricing

Prices mentioned on this website are starting/indicative prices only. Final pricing for any repair or installation is confirmed after an on-site diagnosis and requires your approval before work begins.

Warranty

Repair work carries a service warranty as communicated at the time of service. Genuine replacement parts carry the applicable manufacturer part warranty in addition. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, or force majeure events.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a booked service visit by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp prior to the scheduled appointment.

Limitation of Liability

Samarth Enterprises is not liable for pre-existing faults or damage unrelated to the specific service performed. Our liability for any service is limited to the value of the service fee paid.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.
